Shipping Policy

In-stock items are dispatched within 1 business day of payment being received. Items that need to be ordered from our supplier will be dispatched as soon as stock is received — estimated timeframes are shown on each product page.

We ship via Australia Post. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

• —Standard Post: 3–7 business days
• —Express Post: 1–3 business days
• —Decal orders ship as standard letters (untracked) unless combined with other parts

We ship internationally via Australia Post. We currently do not ship to the United States. International delivery times vary by destination — estimated timeframes are provided at checkout.

Signature on delivery can be added to any tracked parcel at checkout for additional peace of mind.

Items lost or damaged in transit are the responsibility of the carrier. We recommend selecting signature on delivery for high-value orders.

Items shown as delivered but not received are the responsibility of the customer, unless signature on delivery was selected at checkout.
