Returns Policy

We accept returns for change of mind or incorrectly ordered parts under the following conditions:

• —Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
• —Items must be unused, in perfect condition and in original packaging
• —A restocking fee applies:
  • ·25% for in-stock parts
  • ·40% for parts ordered from supplier
• —The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
• —Restocking fees are waived if the part was incorrectly described on our website

If you receive a faulty part, please contact us at parts@mbsmallparts.com with details and photos.

• —We will cover return shipping costs for verified faulty items
• —Refunds, exchanges or store credit will not be processed until the item is received and verified faulty
• —Electrical parts are only accepted for return if faulty

Once a return is approved we offer:

• —Full refund to original payment method
• —Store credit
• —Exchange for an alternative part
