A complete single-injector refurbishment kit for Mercedes-Benz M116 and M117 V8 engines fitted with Bosch K-Jetronic (CIS) mechanical fuel injection. Each kit contains everything needed to fully rebuild one fuel injector to factory specification — new genuine Mercedes-Benz components throughout.

NOS components: The injector insulator (A 117 070 00 55) included in this kit is New Old Stock — no longer available from Mercedes-Benz. Stock is limited.
K-Jetronic (Bosch CIS) only — 1976 model year through approximately 1983.
This kit is not compatible with KE-Jetronic (CIS-E) systems. Verify your fuel system type before ordering.

K-Jetronic injectors are mechanical, precision components. Over time the rubber seals harden and crack, causing air leaks, rough idle, poor fuel economy and difficult starting. The injector nozzle itself can become clogged or worn, affecting spray pattern and atomisation.
A full injector rebuild with new seals and a fresh OE Bosch nozzle restores factory performance and is strongly recommended as part of any K-Jetronic fuel system service.
