This kit contains everything needed to fully rebuild all eight fuel injectors to factory specification in one go — new genuine Mercedes-Benz and OE Bosch components throughout.

K-Jetronic injectors are mechanical, precision components. Over time the rubber seals harden and crack, causing air leaks, rough idle, poor fuel economy and difficult starting. The injector nozzle itself can become clogged or worn, affecting spray pattern and atomisation.
A full injector rebuild with new seals and fresh OE Bosch nozzles restores factory performance and is the recommended approach for any serious K-Jetronic fuel system restoration. Replacing all eight injectors at once ensures consistent fuel delivery across all cylinders and eliminates the risk of uneven wear between old and new components.
